HULLOWEEN STEAMPUNK FESTIVAL GALLERY 2023

The Ministry of Steampunk were all set up to host the second Hulloween Steampunk Festival in the Hull Minster, Trinity Market, Hepworth Arcade, Trinity Square and Zebedee's Yard when the imminent arrival of Storm Babet was announced. In response to the news our HullBID partners quickly and efficiently arranged to move the festival location to Princes Quay shopping centre who were as welcoming as they were helpful.

Thank you to everyone who came to the event. We had a fabulous time and judging from the pictures below lots of other people did too.

Saturday was wet all day - but that did not stop the Zombie Shuffle (what zombie is afraid of a bit of water?) and we had a brilliant time in the Quayside level of Princes Quay with teapot racing, the market, a series of talks, a performance by Ullalele and so much more. Saturday night we held the fabulous Second Immortal Ball in the sumptuous surroundings of the Guuildhall and then Sunday was a day of glorious sunshine, ending with the Grand Parade, the final performance by Ravens Morris and the Facial Hair Competition (which we had to put on the programme in honour of Sweeney Todd and Nellie Lovett who so graciously helped with the 'pie' side of the catering for the Immortal Ball).

And as you would expect, we sold out of the Hulloween medals!
