Our events are run for steampunks by steampunks, so are often oversubscribed, making the offering of free “press passes” impossible.

We do make exceptions from time to time, however, so please do get in contact if you would like to be considered.

Please note, we do not “offer” our participants or community as photographic models. The majority of those attending are doing so to enjoy the social aspect of it, but some people are happy to be photographed.

Anybody is welcome to take photographs as a memento of their day, but we strongly advise amateur and professional photographers to ask before they take photographs, to offer to share (free of charge) digital copies of any images and just to be polite.
