THE MINISTRY OF STEAMPUNK
​Introduction
Each year at Weekend at the Asylum the Ministry of Steampunk produce a a few items of limited edition official merchandise. You can see examples of many of the previously produced items on the MoS Medals and Pins page here. AXV will be no exception and we will be creating a series of new designs for you to add to your collection.

At the current time we are able to share the artwork and manufacturer's proof for the official AXV medal, a 3D render of the AXV pin and the finished product for the 2025 MoS charity pin.

Official AXV Medal
This year's official Asylum medal includes the letters AXV in purple with a teacup and the words 'Time for Tea'. The purple shape around the edge has 15 sides to match the number XV.
The medal is 30mm diameter which is the same as previous Asylum medals. The images here show the original artwork, manufacturer's proof and the final product.

The teacup on the AXV medal is a nod to one of our themes for this year - tea!

2025 AXV Pin
For AXV we will also be releasing a new style of pin. The image on the left is a 3D render of the design and on the right is the manufacturer's proof with the final product below. The pin has been made in an antique brass finish with a purple infill.​

2025 Charity Pin
For the first time in 2024 we produced a Ministry of Steampunk Charity pin in rose gold coloured metal. All of the proceeds from sales of the pin went to the charity 'Lend With Care'.
This year's charity pin has a bright gold coloured background. Our plan is for the MoS Charity pins to build into an elegant and interesting collection over time.

The charity pins are 1.25 inches diameter.

2024 Charity Pin
We thought we sold out of the pins at Asylum XIV but found a small stash of them afterwards. A phtograph of the actual product is shown here. Last year the pin was produced with a rose gold coloured background.
The remaining few 2024 pins are also up on sale on the merchandise page. When they are gone, there will be no more.

As with the 2025 pins, all proceeds from these pins will go to charity.

2025 T-Shirt
The limited edition collectable AXV T-shirts are now on sale through the merch link below.

Priced at £25 each, if you order prior to midnight (UK time) on Sunday 3 August we will send the T-shirt to any UK address post free.

EDIT: Unfortunately due to the company we originally ordered from going out of business this will not now be possible. All T-shirts will be for collection at Asylum only.
International orders and any orders placed after the above date and time (subject to availability) must be collected at Asylum along with any other merch you have pre-ordered.
Colour and sizing
The official name for this year’s colour is Antique Jade Dome (Pantone 7715C and CMYK 97 0 35 57) – so a ‘swatch’ of that colour is included here, although it looks rather bluer in the sunshine as seen in the photograph (colours may appear different on your device etc., etc.).
In any case we are calling it TEA-L to match this year's tea theme!

According to the supplier's website the sizes (in a unisex fit) are as follows:
Small - to fit size 34/36" chest
Medium - to fit size 38/40" chest
Large - to fit size 42/44" chest
XL - to fit size 46/48" chest
XXL - to fit size 50/52" chest
XXXL - to fit size 54/56" chest
​How do I buy/order merch?
You can pre-order the official AXV Medal, AXV pin and 2025 MoS Charity pin in advance through the Ministry of Steampunk ticketing site. You will receive a QR code which you can use to collect your merch at Event Control (or at The Advanced Guard evening event on Thursday if you are attending). ​
